Who actually operates a private flight

When talking about private flights, roles tend to get confused. Understanding who does what is important to choose a reliable counterpart and to know what a proposal is based on.

The air operator

The certified company that owns or manages the aircraft and physically operates the flight, with crew, maintenance and operational responsibility.

The broker / operational partner

The structure that identifies the most suitable operator for the mission, builds the commercial proposal and coordinates the contractual and operational side. In our case, this role is played by Air-Dynamic.

The advisor

The direct point of contact for client or partner: listens to the need, gathers details, translates the mission into a technical request and accompanies the client all the way to the flight.
