Who actually operates the flight.
A private flight is the result of the coordinated work of several professional figures. We believe it is important to explain clearly who does what, so that every client and every partner knows exactly how a request becomes a take-off.
The role of Private Aviation Advisor
Private Aviation Advisor is the client's commercial and consultative reference. We analyse the request, evaluate the mission, select the most consistent options, manage the relationship and accompany the client at every stage, from first request to post-flight. We do not directly operate aircraft: our value lies in orchestration, selection and coordination.
Operational support from Air-Dynamic
For the operational side we rely on the support of Air-Dynamic, a partner specialised in charter brokerage, which gives us access to an international network of certified operators and lets us manage quotations, operational contracts, empty legs and end-to-end coordination to industry standards.
Certified operators
The flight is physically performed by a certified air operator (holder of an Air Operator Certificate, qualified crew, maintenance compliant with aviation regulations). The operator is responsible for the conduct of the flight, safety and compliance with the required authorisations.
Operational verification
Before confirming a proposal we verify: actual aircraft availability, crew, airport slots, overflight and landing authorisations, and compatibility between the requested mission and the actual performance of the aircraft. No confirmation is issued without these checks.
Weather and safety
Final operational decisions (departure, diversion, cancellation, route change) rest with the captain and the operator, on the basis of weather data, aviation regulations and safety assessments. No commercial aspect can ever take precedence over flight safety.
Documents
Every passenger needs valid identification documents. International flights may require passports, visas, customs declarations and specific procedures for minors, pets or particular equipment. Holding valid documents is the passenger's responsibility.
Payments
Payments follow the terms agreed at the time of the proposal, generally by bank transfer to official details provided in writing. Payments are never requested via informal or undocumented channels.
Contractual terms
Every flight is regulated by an operational contract that sets out prices, timing, cancellation policy, liabilities, handling of delays and route changes. Terms are shared before confirmation and may vary depending on the operator and the mission.
Every flight, experience or transfer is subject to availability, authorisations, weather conditions, operator policy and final confirmation.
