The data controller is Private Aviation Advisor, a discreet advisor for private aviation services with Air-Dynamic operational support. For any request you can contact:

We collect only the data you choose to provide via the request form, email, WhatsApp, Telegram and other official channels. Typically: name, surname, contact details (phone, email), mission information (route, dates, passengers, luggage, pets, preferences) and any free-text notes.

3. Purposes of processing

Data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Responding to the request and formulating a personalised flight, experience or transfer proposal (legal basis: pre-contractual measures).
  • Operational management with certified operators, partners and suppliers involved in service delivery (legal basis: contract performance).
  • Legal, fiscal, administrative and aviation safety obligations (legal basis: legal obligation).
  • Commercial communications on similar services, empty legs, experiences and reserved initiatives, only with optional consent (legal basis: consent).

4. Mandatory and optional consent

Consent to processing for responding to the request is mandatory: without it we cannot formulate a proposal. Consent to receive commercial communications is optional, can be withdrawn at any time and does not affect the right to receive a response to your request.

5. Contact channels (form, email, WhatsApp, Telegram)

Conversations started via WhatsApp and Telegram involve data processing also by the respective platform providers, according to their policies. We use these channels exclusively for operational response and coordination. Requests sent via email are stored in our reserved mail systems.

6. Data recipients

Data may be communicated to: certified air operators tasked with operating the flight, Air-Dynamic as operational partner, ancillary service providers (handling, catering, transfer), consultants, appointed professionals and competent authorities where required by law.

7. Data retention

Data is kept for the time necessary to handle the request and the resulting contractual relationships, in addition to terms imposed by civil, fiscal and aviation-sector regulations. Data processed for marketing is retained until consent is withdrawn.

8. Data subject rights

At any time you may exercise the rights provided by Articles 15-22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. 9. Non-EU transfers

For international operational missions, some data may be transferred to non-EU operators and suppliers, always within the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions).
