Process

How a private flight request works.

From the first need to arrival at destination, every step is coordinated by a single point of contact. The process is linear, but every proposal remains subject to operational verification, availability, authorisations, weather conditions, operator policy and final confirmation.
01

Sending the request

Route, date, time, number of passengers, luggage, pets, preferences and special needs. The more information you send, the faster and more accurate our proposal will be.

02

Mission analysis

We assess the passenger profile, comfort needs, required range, operational constraints, possible stops and applicable conditions.

03

Operational feasibility check

Airports, slots, handling, night-time operations, authorisations, restrictions, weather and aircraft or helicopter availability.

04

Aircraft selection

We identify the aircraft best suited to the mission: turboprop, light, midsize, heavy, long-range jet, single- or twin-engine helicopter.

05

Indicative proposal

One or more options with aircraft details, conditions and an indicative quotation, subject to operational verification and final confirmation.

06

Availability confirmation

We verify actual availability with the operator and lock in the aircraft for the agreed mission.

07

Contract and payment

Signing of the certified operator's charter contract and payment management according to the agreed terms (bank transfer or agreed channels).

08

Required documents

Valid passenger ID, any documents for minors and pets, passports for non-Schengen routes and any documentation required by the operator.

09

Meeting point and check-in

Precise instructions on FBO, general aviation terminal or helipad, recommended arrival time and private access procedure.

10

Delay management

Any delays are communicated promptly and managed with the operator, assessing the impact on slots, handling and the rest of the mission.

11

Weather conditions

Weather conditions may lead to operational changes, delays, diversions or cancellations decided by the captain and the operator according to their own protocols.

12

Cancellations

Cancellation conditions are governed by the operator's contract. Timing and penalties vary depending on aircraft, mission and agreed terms.

13

Assistance until arrival

We remain available as the single point of contact for client or partner, from pre-flight all the way to arrival at destination.

The information on this page is provided for descriptive purposes. Every flight is operated by authorised and certified parties under applicable regulations. Timing, conditions and procedures may vary depending on the mission, the aircraft and the selected operator.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

How far in advance should I request a private flight?

Same-day requests can also be handled, but more notice means more aircraft choice, better operational planning and more accurate quotations.

Is the proposal binding?

No. Every proposal is indicative and only becomes binding after operational verification, operator confirmation and signing of the contract.

What happens in case of bad weather?

Operational decisions remain with the captain and the operator. Delays, diversions or, in extreme cases, cancellations may be ordered for safety reasons.

How do payments work?

Typically by bank transfer to the certified operator that performs the flight, according to contract terms. In some cases different methods may be agreed.
