Transparency

Operating conditions and useful information.

A transparent overview of the conditions that govern a private flight. The information is indicative: every mission is subject to availability, authorisations, weather conditions, certified operator policy and final confirmation.

Aircraft availability

The availability of any single aircraft or helicopter is subject to verification with the certified operator. A proposal becomes binding only after operational confirmation.

Weather conditions

Operational decisions remain with the captain and the operator. Weather conditions may lead to delays, diversions or cancellations for safety reasons.

Airports, slots and handling

Take-off and landing slots, night-time operations, environmental restrictions and handling availability may affect timing and feasibility of the mission.

Luggage

Luggage capacity depends on the selected aircraft and the cabin configuration. Bulky volumes, sports equipment or unusual items must be checked in advance.

Pets

Pet-friendly solutions are evaluated based on route, operator, animal size, health documents and applicable regulations.

Documents

Every passenger needs valid identification documents. Minors, pets and non-Schengen routes may require additional documentation.

Delays

Passenger or operational delays are communicated promptly. They may impact slots and the rest of the mission, with possible additional costs charged to the client.

Cancellations

Cancellation conditions are governed by the certified operator's contract. Penalties and timing vary based on aircraft, mission and agreed terms.

Payments

Payments are typically made by bank transfer to the operator, according to contract terms. In specific cases alternative methods may be agreed.

Empty legs

Empty legs are non-guaranteed opportunities, subject to operational changes, operator confirmation and possible cancellations until departure.

Helicopter experiences

Tours, day trips and scenic arrivals are subject to weather, authorisations, helipad availability and the policy of the individual operator.

Operational responsibilities

The flight is performed by authorised and certified operators under applicable regulations. Technical, operational and safety responsibilities remain with the certified operator.

This page is for information only and does not replace the contractual conditions of the certified operator that performs the flight, to which full reference is made.
