Marta Laganà & Enrico Tenerini.

We are specialised private aviation advisors with deep knowledge of Tuscany and Elba Island. Our work is to build bespoke aviation solutions: from the private jet to the helicopter transfer, from the panoramic flight to a complete itinerary, coordinating every detail with discretion, speed and professionalism. We are partners of Air-Dynamic, a Swiss private aviation company with over 20 years of experience.

Marta Laganà works as a Private Aviation Advisor with a focus on the relationship with private clients and luxury partners. She personally manages confidential requests, from first contact to the final proposal, coordinating every operational detail with the support of Air-Dynamic.

She builds bespoke aviation experiences — private jets, helicopters, empty legs, pet-friendly travel, international events and helicopter experiences — supporting hotels, resorts, DMCs, concierges, travel advisors and premium partners who wish to integrate aviation into their offering without managing its complexity.

Enrico Tenerini

Enrico Tenerini works as a Private Aviation Advisor with an approach focused on relationships and network. He develops partnerships with hotels, resorts, DMCs, concierges and luxury travel players, keeping the partner at the centre of the relationship with the end client.

He coordinates confidential requests for private jets, helicopters and bespoke experiences, working closely with Air-Dynamic to build integrated aviation solutions across our reference territories — Tuscany, Elba Island and the international network.
